If you're not seeing the payment screen appear when a client is booking with you on Breely, the most common reason is that a payment processor hasn't been connected to your account.
Why This Happens
Breely’s booking flow only includes a payment step if a payment processor (like Stripe or Square) is properly integrated. Without this connection, the system will skip the payment screen entirely during client bookings.
How to Fix It
To enable payments and ensure the payment screen appears during bookings, follow these steps:
Go to Features & Integrations in your Breely dashboard.
Select the Payments tab.
Choose and connect your preferred payment provider: Stripe or Square.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
