Test Mode gives you a safe environment to preview and test your entire booking experience without sending anything to clients.
While it is enabled, all emails, texts, and automations are not sent out. This lets you experiment freely when setting up your account or making changes to your booking flow.
What Test Mode Does
When Test Mode is turned on:
Emails and text messages are not delivered to clients. Admin copies of emails will still be sent to you.
Your booking page displays a small banner indicating you are viewing it in Test Mode.
You are able to skip payment
This ensures you can safely walk through every part of your setup.
Turning Test Mode On or Off
You can toggle Test Mode directly from the main sidebar. Turning it off here will confirm your setup then allow you to activate all notifications.
If you turn it off from the sidebar, you can always turn it back on under Settings.
What You’ll See in Test Mode
When visiting your public booking page while Test Mode is active, you will see a banner at the top letting you know you are previewing the page.
You can move through the booking steps, submit forms, test or skip payments, and verify automations without anything being sent to actual clients.
