Running a business often means working with a team. Breely makes it super easy to bring your teammates, assistants, or anyone else you need into your account. Here's how to invite them:

How to Invite a New User

First, log into your Breely account.

  1. Click on Settings in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Then, select Users from the tabs.

On this screen, you'll see any invites you've already sent out that are waiting to be accepted. Below that, you'll see all your current team members and what they can access.

To invite someone new, just click the "Invite New User" button. You'll find it right under the "Pending Invites" section.

  1. Type in your invitee's name.

  2. Choose their access level:

    • Full: This user gets access to almost everything. The only things they can't do are change other user permissions or delete your business account.

    • Limited: You get to pick and choose exactly what they can see and do using simple checkboxes. For example, you can give your staff access to only view their own appointments and set up availability for themselves without viewing anyone else鈥檚 information.

  3. Click "Generate Invite."

You'll then get a unique invite link. You can easily copy this link, share it directly using your device's share sheet, or email it to your invitee right from Breely.

You will be billed for each user who accepts an invite. Only admin users added in Settings > Users are billed (client accounts are not). Users added part way through a month will be billed on a prorated basis and added to your next payment.

Managing Your Team

Once your invitee accepts the request, they'll move from the "pending invites" list down to your main Users table. Here, you'll see their access level.

If you need to make changes, just click the "路路路" menu next to their name. From there, you can:

  • Edit their permissions (for Limited access users).

  • Make them the owner of the account.

  • Remove them from your account.

Adding team members to Breely is a snap, helping you collaborate and keep things running smoothly!
