Breely plans and billing

Breely offers two subscription options: Free and Business. Both plans differ primarily in usage limits and a few features.

You can upgrade your plan under Settings > Billing. You can view past receipts or cancel your current subscription under Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.

Free Plan

  • Cost: Free, forever

  • Features: Access to all key features, including:

    • Appointment booking

    • Forms

    • Packages

    • Coupons

    • Gift certificates

    • Payments

    • And more

  • Usage Limits:

    • Clients: Up to 10 unique clients can interact (book or submit forms) per month.

    • Emails/Texts/Other Automations: Daily/monthly limits to prevent abuse. If you are being affected by daily/monthly limits and wish to request the limits be lifted please submit your request here. This is a safeguard against abuse, most normal users will not run into these limits (~15 emails, sms, and phone calls per day).

    • What happens when I exceed limits? There is a grace period the first time you exceed monthly client limits. If you continue to exceed limits for many months or significantly exceed limits in a single month new bookings/form submissions will be restricted. See the above bullet about daily sms/text limits which there is no grace period for to prevent abuse.

Business Plan

  • Cost: $7 per admin user per month.

  • User Definition: An admin user is someone who accepts an invite via Settings > Users.

  • Billing: Users added or removed mid-month are prorated—your bill adjusts automatically in the next cycle.

  • Features: Access to all available Breely features.

  • Sending Limits: Each Business plan includes 3,000 texts or emails per month, plus an extra 1,000 for every additional admin user. This is a safeguard against abuse; most users won’t reach this limit with normal usage.
