Packages allow you to offer clients pre-paid bundles of one or more appointments, which they can schedule at a later time. For instance, you could sell a package of five appointments at a discounted rate.
How to Set Up Packages
- Enable Packages: - Go to the Features & Integration section and turn on the "Packages" feature. 
- Once enabled, a new form will appear in the Forms section. You can share this form with clients so they can purchase packages. 
 
- Create and Manage Packages: - In the Packages section of your main navigation, you can set up and manage the different packages you want to offer clients. 
- Packages can be redeemable for a total number of appointments (ex., 5 appointments), total amount of time (ex., 90 minutes), total dollar amount (ex., $200), or a specific number of appointments of each type 
- Select the Event Types this package can be redeemed for. 
- When choosing a total amount of time, dollar amount, or number of appointments clients can min-and-match bookings of any of the eligible event types up to the total 
- The "Clients" tab will show all of the packages that have been purchased. You can edit a package to view how much of it was redeemed and override the expiration or balance 
 
How Clients Purchase and Use Packages
- Purchasing Packages: - Clients can purchase packages by completing any form that includes the "Packages" question. 
 
- Booking Appointments with Packages: - Clients don’t need any redemption codes. The package will be automatically applied to eligible bookings when clients use the same email address and name as when they purchased the package. 
 
- Checking Package Balance: - Clients can see their remaining appointments on the confirmation page after booking. 
- If your form includes a "Client Login" question, clients can log in to view their balance at any time. 
 
Adding Packages for Clients Manually (For Admins)
- If you collect payment outside of Breely or want to manually assign a package to a client: - Go to the Packages section and select the Clients tab. 
- Click "Add Package to Client." 
- Choose the package type and select the client for assignment. 
 
Automations for Packages/Subscriptions
There are several automations that can be set up for packages and subscriptions.
- After purchase - this is set up in the Form automations. Edit a form, then go to the Automations tab, and add a new automation after Form Submission 
- After redemption - trigger an automation after the package/subscription is redeemed for an appointment. This is useful if you wanted to notify clients or admins when the package balance is getting low. 
- After expiration - this is triggered after a package expired and it is no longer usable 
- Before renewal/expiration - use this to reminder clients that their package is about to expire or for subscription that there is a renewal coming up
