This highly requested feature is perfect for couples massages, tandem personal training sessions, or any service where you want to see two providers simultaneously.

Two Providers for One Appointment

Prerequisites For Enablement

Under Availability, ensure you've added two or more people and that the event types you want to enable for joint appointments are selected in their individual availability settings.

Enabling Joint Appointments

Add or edit an existing Event Type. Navigate to This can be booked with then toggle on the option, Clients must pick two people to book with. Select two ore more people, then click Save.

Note: Times shown to clients are only when both providers are available.

One Provider with 2+ Clients in One Appointment

Instead of having two providers needed for a single appointment, you may need multiple clients for a single appointment with one service provider.

When one provider needs to see multiple clients for an appointment (e.g., Mediation with 2 parties) you can add an extra question to a form.

  1. Go to Forms and edit the form

  2. Add a new email question for "Guest Email" (or any label)

  3. In Automations for the form include "Guest Email" (or whatever name you chose for the question) to ensure the guest receives notifications about the appointment

Alternatively, if you offer classes multiple clients may also register for a single class time.
