Breely supports sending reminders to clients before their appointments. These reminders can be used to prompt clients to confirm their appointments.
To send reminders, follow-ups, and customize form submission and booking emails:
- Go to Forms > edit the form 
- Select the "Automations" tab 
- From there you can select any existing notifications to modify or add new ones 
Notifications can be sent at any point based on the following triggers:
- Appointment is scheduled (ex., confirmation) 
- Appointment is occurs soon (ex., reminder) 
- Appointment is completed (ex., rebooking reminder or ask for reviews) 
- Appointment is canceled 
- Appointment is rescheduled
