Breely supports sending reminders to clients before their appointments. These reminders can be used to prompt clients to confirm their appointments.
To send reminders, follow-ups, and customize form submission and booking emails:
Go to Forms > edit the form
Select the "Automations" tab
From there you can select any existing notifications to modify or add new ones
Notifications can be sent at any point based on the following triggers:
Appointment is scheduled (ex., confirmation)
Appointment is occurs soon (ex., reminder)
Appointment is completed (ex., rebooking reminder or ask for reviews)
Appointment is canceled
Appointment is rescheduled
