You can ban clients within the Client details section. You can view client details by either looking up the client within the Clients section or viewing an appointment from them, going to the “...” menu, and selecting Client Details.
Go to the client details
Click the "..." menu.
Select "Ban".
This action prevents the client and their browser from booking appointments or submitting forms and displays a message that you specify.
