Why are my events not showing up for customers to choose from?

There are several things to check if an event or time is not showing as visible on the booking form:

  • If your events aren't visible to customers, check your availability limits. In "Availability" > "Limits," there's a setting that restricts how far in the future events are displayed. If your events fall outside this limit, they won't be shown. Adjust the limit to include the dates of your events.

  • Other limits in Availability > Limits, such as resources, maybe also restrict dates and times from being shown

  • If the event type is not being shown as an option to select it is likely hidden from the form. In Forms > edit the form > click on the Appointment scheduling question, check if the Event Types section list the event type to be shown
