Yes, you can add signature fields to your forms.
Go to "Forms" and edit the form you want to modify.
Click "Add a new question" to the form.
At the bottom of the question list, you'll find the "Signature" field. Select this to add a signature capture area to your form.
You can also include terms or policies using "Display Text" or "Agree to Terms" question types, typically placed above the signature field.
