You can use conditional logic in Breely forms to manage booking access for new and existing clients. This allows you to require new clients to complete a "Meet and Greet" before scheduling other services, while allowing existing clients to book directly.

  1. Add a "Yes/No" Question: Include a question like "Are you a new client?" at the beginning of your form.

  2. Create Separate Sections: Designate different sections in your form for new and returning clients. In these sections, include appointment booking questions with the specific event types enabled for each group.

  3. Implement Conditional Logic: At the end of the initial section with the "yes/no" question, use the "After this section..." option to "Go to a different section based on answer". Configure it to direct new clients to the "Meet and Greet" section and existing clients to the service booking section.

By setting up these conditions, you control client access to service scheduling based on their status.
