Client Accounts

Clients can access their appointment booking history, package status, and quickly re-book appointments with client logins.

To enable client accounts:

  1. Go to Forms and edit or create a form
  2. Add a new question, then choose "Client Login"

This will add a client login the form. If the login is marked as required then clients will be required to login in order to complete and submit the form.

Features for Clients

These benefits are available to clients after they log in:

  • View past and upcoming appointment bookings with links to access the details to update (if allowed)
  • View the status of all previously purchased packages
  • Pre-fill information in the forms if they've previously filled out the form before
    • Fields in a form can be excluded from being filled in with previous information by editing the question, clicking "Advanced" to view advanced settings, and disabling the option to Prefill Past Answers
    • Certain types of questions, like agree to terms, file upload, and add-ons, will never be pre-filled

Logging In

Once a Client Login block is added to a form clients will be able to log in.

Clients can log in with Google, Apple, or by verifying a code emailed to them. There are no passwords. When verifying an email address with a code, the client will be emailed a 6 digit code that they'll need to enter in the form to confirm access.

Once the email address is verified they'll have access to everything for clients in your client list with that email address. Their login will also be remembered, if they return later they'll still be logged in. Clients are recommended to log out on shared devices.
