Log into your account
To log in, navigate to https://app.breely.com, enter your email and password, then click Continue.
Add event types
Event types represent the different services that clients can book with your business. These could be appointments, classes/workshops, or courses/class series.
When a client visits your Booking form, they can browse and select the event type(s) they want to book.
Classes/workshops and series/courses will have the class times set within the event type. 1:1 Appointments will show their times as available based on what is set in the Availability section.
If you are charging for appointments then the price and payment requirements will be set within the event type settings.
Set your availability
After setting up your event types, you can use Breely’s availability settings to decide when clients can book time.
- People: If you have additional staff, you can set up specific availability for each one of your staff members.
- Resources: Instead of booking with a specific person on staff, you can set up Bookable Resources that clients can choose to schedule. For example, if your business is a golf course with a driving range, you may have a certain number of different tees that can be booked.
Availability
Breely allows you to:
- Set regular weekly hours.
- Cancel regular weekly hours on particular days using override hours.
- Set different hours for each day.
- Set specific hours for each event type.
- You can also use scheduling limits to decide when clients can book, edit, or cancel their appointments.
Customize your Booking Form
Add forms to collect information from clients, like general customer information or event bookings.
Each section in a form contains questions that clients answer. Breely’s powerful logic allows your forms to skip and rearrange questions as needed.
Design
Make your booking form stand out with design options like adding a hero image and/or logo, as well as theming options like colors, fonts, input and button types.
Automations
Automations can streamline the appointment scheduling process by automating communication with your clients at various stages like after an appointment is scheduled, before an appointment occurs, after an appointment is rescheduled, or after an appointment is canceled.
Breely offers automation by email, text message, and webhook.
Add Breely to your site
You can add your booking form directly to your website to provide a more seamless experience for your clients, or use a direct link to your booking form, or to specific event type.
The “Sharing” tab in each form includes links and code that can be used to add the form to your website.
Collect payments
If you’d like to collect payments for your services, you can connect Breely with Stripe (payment processor) so clients can pay for appointments while booking. Stripe can be connected under Integrations then going to the Payments tab.
Integrate Breely with other services
Breely offers integrations with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta, and Zoom. These can be connected within Integrations under the Other tab.
